Shipping Information
The Vernon Vipers Hockey Club offers shipping across Canada. We aim to process and ship orders as quickly as possible, however processing times may vary during peak seasons, game days, or promotional periods.
- We currently ship within Canada.
- Shipping rates are calculated at checkout unless otherwise stated.
- Free shipping may be available on qualifying orders as advertised in-store or online.
- Delivery times vary depending on destination and shipping carrier.
- Once your order has shipped, tracking details will be provided when available.
The Vernon Vipers are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, or circumstances outside of our control.
Local Pickup
Local pickup is available for all online orders during regular store hours and on selected game days.
- Customers will receive an email when their order is ready for pickup.
- Orders must be collected after confirmation.
- On game days, fans are encouraged to pick up their gear early, come dressed to impress, and support the Vipers in style.
Returns, Exchanges & Damages
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase.
- Items must be returned in unused, unworn condition with original packaging or tags (if applicable).
- Return or exchange requests must be made within 14 days of purchase.
- Some items may be final sale, including customized or promotional merchandise.
- Proof of purchase is required for all returns or exchanges.
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing items, please contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue.
Refunds or replacements will be processed once the return has been reviewed and approved.
Order Processing & Delivery Times
Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days, excluding weekends, holidays, and peak periods. Delivery times will vary based on location and carrier services.
Orders cannot always be modified or cancelled once processing has begun.
