We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If there is an issue with your order, we’re here to help.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.
We will review the concern and offer a replacement, exchange, or refund where appropriate.
Returns & Eligibility
We accept returns on eligible items that meet the following conditions:
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
- Items must include original packaging and tags (if applicable)
- Return requests must be made within 14 days of purchase
- Proof of purchase is required for all returns
Returns that do not meet these requirements may not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items / Exceptions
Certain items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged, including:
- Custom or personalized merchandise
- Promotional or clearance items (unless otherwise stated)
- Items marked “Final Sale” at time of purchase
Exchanges & Refunds
Once your return is approved:
- Exchanges will be processed based on product availability
- Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment
- Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
